We accept payments via PAY PAL and will ship Your products upon successful payment. To make your payment with Pay Pal simply select the Pay Pal option on the payment screen on checkout. You will receive confirmation of your order by email. You do not need a PayPal account to use the PayPal option.
Postal Order. You can simply buy Postal order in Post Office and post it to address which will be given to You via email with confirmation of order. Upon clearance of your payment your products will be shipped directly to you. Please note: As we need to wait for your payment to arrive prior to shipping your order, this option will take extra time.
Refunds
My Spotty Box shop cannot issue refunds for fabric, ribbons and trims that has been cut to measure from the roll spetialy for custommer. We do not refund outward or return shipping charges.
if You need to return fabric, ribbons and trims because it is flawed, we will issue a full refund including shipping charges.
Anything else except fabric, ribbons and trims can be returned when flawed.
We request that returns are made within 14 days of the date of your invoice.
How long does it take to send order?
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours if all items are in stock. Monday – Friday.
Extra time will apear during busy time like Christmas.
Shipping cost
All of our orders are sent via An Post Standard uregistered post My Spotty Box can also send via registered post but only for request.
Our postage rates are shown for standard post only.
Registered post will cost more.
Our deliveries are calculated by weight and include packaging.
The cost of postage and packaging will be shown at the checkout.
About collection
All orders can be collected in Our place in Dublin This option can be selected at checkout. After payment You will get an email with address.
Collection availiable Monday – Friday between 9 am- 12 am and from 2pm-4pm. Only by appointment.
Could I see all Spotty Box goods in person and buy ?
You can, of course come to my „store” and view the fabrics.
All You have to do – just email me using contact form when would You like to visit My Spotty Box.
My store is open from Monday to Friday between 9 am – 12 am Email me if you can not come at this time.
How My Spotty Box sell fabrics?
Fabric is sold by the small fat quoter units. Each unit measures 50cm x 50cm (20” x 20”).
If you order 2pieces this will be cut in one piece measuring 50cm x 100cm (20” x 40”).
If you have a preference for the fabric to be cut a certain way, please put a short note in the message for merchant when you go to checkout.
